How the Booking Process Works
Booking headline talent through Twisted Entertainment is straightforward. Here is how it works.

- We recommend artists. Based on your brief, we will suggest 2 to 5 artists who fit your event, along with availability and indicative
- You choose. Once you have selected your artist, we handle the contract, technical rider, travel, and all logistics.

Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance for most headline artists. For internationally touring names or peak dates such as New Year's Eve and festival season, 6 to 12 months is advisable. That said, we have secured last-minute bookings when availability allows. Get in touch as early as possible and we will do our best.
We can source and book artists beyond our core roster. Through our network of management contacts and agent relationships built over years in the industry, we have access to a much wider pool of talent than what appears on our site. If there is a specific artist you have in mind, ask us and we will check availability.
A standard booking includes the artist performance for an agreed set length, liaison with the venue on technical requirements, travel coordination, and a dedicated point of contact on the day. Sound and lighting equipment is usually arranged separately with the venue, though we can advise and coordinate full production if needed.
Yes. While we are based in Manchester, we book headline artists for events worldwide. We have supplied talent for events across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. International logistics including flights, visas, and local production are all handled by our team.
Absolutely. Many internationally touring DJs enjoy playing intimate settings and private events. As long as the venue can accommodate a professional DJ setup and meets the technical rider requirements, a private residence, garden marquee, yacht, or boutique venue is perfectly suitable. We will advise on logistics when you enquire.
